Do I see it before it's printed?+
Yes. We email you a digital proof to approve or request changes. If we don't hear back within 4 days, we print it so your order stays on time.
Can I order multiple pets or include a person?+
Yes. Each extra pet is £1 and adding a person is £2, all in the same portrait.
What image quality works best?+
Well-lit photos taken at eye level in natural light produce the best results. We can work with most phone photos.
Can I request changes?+
Yes, we offer unlimited revisions on your proof until you love it, at no extra cost.
