By placing an order with The Pet Pawtrait Co you agree to the terms below. Last updated 2026.
Orders
An order is confirmed once payment has been taken. We will email you to confirm we have received your photos and to let you know when your portrait is ready.
Your photos
You confirm that you own the photos you upload or have permission to use them, and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights. We may decline an order if a photo is unusable or unsuitable, and we will refund you in full if we do.
Delivery times
Digital portraits are usually delivered within 48 hours of payment. Printed products are made to order by our print partners and shipping times vary by product and destination. These times are estimates, not guarantees.
Revisions
We include revisions on the digital artwork so you are happy with the result. Once a printed product has gone into production the artwork cannot be changed.
Use of artwork
You may use your finished portrait for personal use, including printing it yourself and sharing it online. Commercial resale of the artwork is not permitted. We retain copyright in the portrait itself.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown at checkout in your selected currency and include any discounts applied to your cart. Payment is handled by our checkout provider, we never see or store your card details.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. Beyond those rights, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
